A confidential exchange does not stop at one file

The recipient can reply in the protected space, and you can request files from a person who has no account.

Secure replies and conversations

When a send allows replies, the recipient writes from their link and can attach files. Each reply is added to the send’s conversation, which you find in the application and through a notice e-mail.

In the same space

The reply stays attached to the send: same link, same audit log.

Under the organisation’s control

The policy can disable replies, leave them to the sender’s choice, enable them by default or make them mandatory.

Encrypted and scanned

Messages and files are encrypted at rest; files are scanned by antivirus.

Request files

Instead of waiting for an e-mail attachment, click “Request files”: the person receives a secure link, drops their files and you find them in MailX, with the audit trail.

No account

The person answering opens a link and drops their files; they have nothing to create.

For regular partners

Guests have a permanent space, with a password and an authenticator app, to send you files.

On behalf of a team

A request can be sent on behalf of a unit, from a shared mailbox.

In end-to-end mode, some options (forwarding a send, guests) are hidden or unavailable, because the server cannot read the content.
