How is the licence billed?

MailX is offered as an annual licence. The amount depends on your send volumes, storage, number of users and deployment model. Request a demo to receive a proposal.

Do you offer a free trial or a monthly plan?

No. MailX is not sold self-service. We start with a demo, then deploy MailX together with your technical team.

What is the difference between deployment in my tenant and hosting by Dataryx?

In your tenant, MailX runs in your Azure subscription and you keep control of the data and keys. With Dataryx hosting, we operate the infrastructure in Canada for you.

What happens to my data at the end of the contract?

Data recovery and deletion terms are set in the contract. You can export your audit logs before the end date.

Is SMS OTP available?

Yes, depending on your organization's licence. The SMS quota is tailored to your needs.

Where is my data stored?

In Canada. MailX is developed in Canada and built to meet Law 25 and GDPR requirements. With a deployment in your tenant, you choose the Azure region.
